We macerate fresh pineapple in our still overnight, distill through fresh pineapple skins and then infuse the spirit with dried pineapple. These three methods impart their own distinct characteristics of pineapple flavour into the rum.
 
No added sugar. No colourings. Just Pineapple and Rum.
